Richele Bobick

Richele Bobick is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Nexus Family Healing since March 2021, Richele provides HR management and consultation for multiple agencies, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and administration of compensation and benefit programs. Prior to this role, Richele held HR managerial positions at Optimize Social Media Inc., Good Samaritan Society, and Construction Engineers, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and policy development. Richele also has a background in compensation analysis and held the role of Compensation and Benefits Coordinator at Summit Orthopedics. In addition to a successful HR career, Richele has military experience as an Instructor and Logistics supervisor in the United States Air Force.
