Shelby Hansen

Shelby Hansen, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Nexus Family Healing since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shelby held various positions in human resources, including Director of Human Resources at FamilyMeans, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR leadership for a multi-unit, multi-state agency. Shelby's extensive experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Family Pathways, District Office Manager - HR at the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, and HR Coordinator at Menards. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations, along with a minor in Communication Studies from St. Cloud State University.
