Charudatt Sawant has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and consulting. charudatt started their career in 2007 as an Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they provided L1 support to NSE and monitored network devices and site performance. charudatt then served as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, where they worked on NSE's complex network and provided day-to-day services like troubleshooting and network implementation. Charudatt later progressed to the position of Deputy Manager, where they handled customer escalations, designed and implemented new projects, and maintained customer networks according to SLAs.
