Pamela Kiewitt Fuentes

Pamela Kiewitt Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Pamela is currently working as a Director Support at Nexus Group - Global since September 2020. Previously, they served as the Global Support Manager at PrimeKey Solutions AB for four years, managing a team of five people across three countries. Before that, they worked as an IT Security Specialist at NSEC AB, where they were responsible for network and system security, pre-sales activities, and security analysis. Prior to that, they held the position of System Owner Supporting Systems at Infranord AB, overseeing budget management and contract negotiation. Pamela also has experience as an Information Technology Consultant at Dfind, where they served as a System Owner for Agresso/Unit4 ERP and as a Project Leader for migration projects. Pamela also briefly ran their own company as a self-employed IT Consultant, specializing in web and frontend development. Earlier in their career, they held various roles including Support Manager/Test developer at Hypercom, Helpdesk technician at Apple Computers, and Information Technology Consultant at Fenia System AB. Pamela started their career as an Assistant Manager at TELEPHONE INT'L Inc, where they were responsible for personnel, network maintenance, and recruiting and training new employees. Pamela'sextensive experience demonstrates their expertise in support management, IT security, system ownership, and project leadership.

Pamela Kiewitt Fuentes has a diverse education history. Pamela started by attending Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Literature with a specialization in English. Pamela then pursued further education at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, obtaining a degree in Advertising in 1989.

Afterward, Pamela attended various universities to study different subjects. In 2000, they enrolled in Stockholm University and University of Gävle, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters and Datavetenskap respectively. In 2002, they took a course in Psychology at Lund University.

In 2004, Pamela attended NTI-skolan and completed a Network Administrator degree. Continuing their studies, they enrolled at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2013, focusing on IT Security and Computer Forensics.

Pamela has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1999, they received the CIW Webmaster certification from Semcom. Pamela then obtained the Ericsson Datacom Engineer and Ericsson Network Engineer certifications in 2000. In 2008, they earned the XLPM certification from Semcon. Additionally, they obtained the PEJL Project Manager certification from Pejl AB in 2011. Pamela'smost recent certifications include the Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator (FCNSA) and Fortinet Certied Network Security Professional (FCNSP) v.5 from Fortinet in 2014, as well as the Network Security Basic Administration (NS102) from Dell SonicWALL in 2014.
