Vanessa Blaze

Vanessa Blaze, MBA, has a diverse work history that spans over two decades. Vanessa began their career in 2000 as an Office Administrator at HEB, where they worked until 2004. Following this, they joined Aon Hewitt as a Benefits Administration Associate for a year. In 2005, they transitioned to ADP, where they held the role of Major Accounts Project Services for almost a decade before leaving in 2014. Vanessa then assumed the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Nexus Health Systems, where they are currently employed.

Vanessa Blaze, MBA, has a strong educational background in business and human resources management. In 2011, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Vanessa then pursued further education at Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business - Human Resource Management from 2014 to 2016. Continuing their academic journey, Vanessa recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at Western Governors University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
