Devika Maitra

Devika Maitra has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Devika began their career in 2014 as an HR Executive at PUMA Group, where they worked for almost two years. In 2016, they joined Geometric Ltd. as a Management Associate for a brief period.

In 2017, Devika became an HR Manager at REConnect Energy, where they stayed for two years before moving on to Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd in 2019. At Fabindia, they held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources for a year.

In 2020, Devika joined ShoreWise Consulting, where they took on the roles of Management Information System Executive and later Manager - MIS Operations. Devika worked at ShoreWise until late 2021.

In 2021, Devika joined Bestseller India as a Human Resources Business Partner and worked there for nine months before moving on to Nexus Malls in 2023, where they continue to work in the same role.
