Parmod Rawat

Parmod Rawat has a diverse work experience in finance and accounts. Parmod started their career as a Senior Executive at Shore to Shore Logistics in October 2009, where they handled accounts payable and receivable for both domestic and internal operations. Parmod ensured the accuracy and correctness of the company's overall Profit & Loss Account and demonstrated the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and workflows.

In March 2011, Parmod joined Khanna Paper Mills Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in Finance and Accounts. During their tenure, they achieved notable accomplishments such as receiving awards for their performance as a Board Officer of the Pilferage Preventing Committee and serving as a member of the Stock Audit Committee. Parmod successfully reduced electricity costs by 20% through their contribution to the Expense Reduction Team and played a significant role in preparing data for an insurance claim of INR 145 Cr due to a fire incident.

In 2014, Parmod moved to Minerals Technologies Inc. as a Plant Assistant in Accounts & Admin. Later, they joined Nexus Malls in December 2014 and progressed through various roles, including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and currently, Manager of Finance and Accounts.

Parmod Rawat completed their education in the field of business and finance. Parmod obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Punjabi University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Guru Nanak Dev University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Parmod Rawat has also pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Parmod obtained a certification in Working Capital Assessment from CRISIL Limited in June 2021. In May 2020, they acquired a certification in Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki. Parmod also holds a certification as a Financial Analyst from Udemy, which they obtained in May 2020.
