Sharbane Paul has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and event management. Sharbane began their career as an Event Manager at View n Sonic Event Management Group, where they were responsible for generating data, marketing, customer relationship management, and disaster management. Sharbane then worked as an Assistant Manager Marcom at SOM Group of Industries, where they gained experience in the brewery and distillery industry. Sharbane later joined My Car Group as a Group Marcom Manager, where they handled collateral material, copywriting, and direct advertising. Sharbane then transitioned to Global Discovery Schools as a Marketing Manager, focusing on expense monitoring, budgeting, and dealing with the Department of Education. Most recently, they have been working at Nexus Malls as a Marketing Manager, responsible for brand management, revenue generation, and the design and implementation of marketing strategies.

Sharbane Paul completed their Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing Communication from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya from 2004 to 2007. Sharbane also earned another Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Govt. Sarojini Naidu Girls College, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal during the same time period. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Power BI Essentials 2021: Power BI Training and DA-100" from Udemy in July 2022, "Digital Marketing Agency , Social Media Marketing" from Udemy: Online Courses in March 2022, and "Marketing Communication Integrated Marketing Communication" also from Udemy: Online Courses in March 2022.
