Sneha Tripathi has a range of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Sneha is currently employed as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Nexus Malls starting in November 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at EMIRUS REALTY PVT LTD from August 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as leave and attendance management, payroll processing, policy implementation, and recruitment. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Specialist at MayaXR from October 2020 to February 2021. Sneha also has experience as an HR Admin/Brand Service Executive at Catalon Technologies Pvt Ltd from February 2019 to September 2020, where they played a key role in a merger, handled internal and official communication, managed events, and built client relationships. Sneha started their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Krixi Ideas and Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in December 2016 and was responsible for HR database management, contract development, and employee engagement. Sneha also has experience as a Front Desk/Admin Executive at Centurysoft Private Limited from April 2016 to August 2016.
