Ricky Tan

Ricky Tan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricky most recently held the position of Head of Business Development & Strategy at Nexus Mutual since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Nexus Mutual from October 2020 to December 2022. Ricky also founded TokenData.io in 2017, where they conducted blockchain and cryptocurrency research and gained recognition from respected publications such as WSJ, FT, and Bloomberg. Ricky was involved in account management at Adyen from July 2017 to April 2018. Ricky worked in capital markets at Earnest Inc. from June 2016 to May 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior Associate in Business Development & Strategy at ABRA from January 2016 to March 2017. Ricky's early career includes a notable tenure at JPMorgan, where they worked as an Analyst & Associate from August 2009 to September 2014.

Ricky Tan pursued their education at Erasmus University Rotterdam where they completed their BSc. and MSc. in Economics as well as obtained an LLB in Dutch Law in an unspecified starting year. Following that, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2015 to 2017 and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
