Theresa Klun has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Theresa started their career as a Project Manager at Ecopic, where they supervised and coordinated the design and installation of pickling plants. Theresa then worked as a Test and Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they defined and implemented requirements for NASA's International Space Station.
After that, Theresa joined Ben Venue Laboratories - Bedford Laboratories as a Project Engineer, overseeing the specification, purchasing, and installation of equipment. Theresa later became a Project Manager - Pipeline Management at the same company, coordinating the development and launch of new pharmaceuticals.
Theresa then moved to Boehringer Ingelheim - Bedford Laboratories, where they served as an Associate Director, responsible for managing third-party pharmaceutical products and identifying strategic partnership opportunities.
Subsequently, they joined Xellia Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Tech Transfer, leading the transfer of new products and processes to a decommissioned manufacturing facility. Theresa also developed internal transfer policies and utilized global sites to maintain quality.
Theresa then worked as a Pharmaceutical Project Consultant at Ulysses Consulting, providing consulting services in the pharmaceutical industry.
Theresa's next role was as an Analyst V at Vantage Partners - NASA Glenn Research Center, where they worked on a contract for the company.
Theresa then joined Lubrizol as a Life Science Sr. Project and Commercialization Manager, responsible for delivering a new manufacturing unit and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Most recently, Theresa is working at Nexus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Director of Pipeline Product & Portfolio Management and previously served as the Director of Tech Transfer.
Through their various positions, Theresa has developed expertise in project management, compliance, strategic partnerships, and product development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Theresa Klun attended Cleveland State University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
