Gemma Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Gemma started their career at Premier Crew Sports Management in 1998 as an Office Junior, where they worked until 2001. Gemma then joined Keyways Security as an Admin Assistant from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they moved to Broadway Malyan where they held the positions of Admin Assistant from 2005 to 2013 and later became an Office Manager from 2013 to 2017. Gemma's most recent employment has been at Nexus Planning, where they began as an Administrator in 2017 before being promoted to Office Manager in 2019, and currently serves as the Administrative & Operations Support Manager.

Gemma Williams attended Sale High School from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained their High School degree and studied GCSEs. Following their time at Sale High, they attended Sale Training from 1998 to 2001. At Sale Training, they earned an NVQ in Business Administration Levels 2 & 3. In addition to their education, Gemma has obtained certifications in NVQ Levels 2 & 3 Business Administration.
