Shep McArthur

Shep McArthur is a project engineer with over fifteen years of experience in process improvement and management. Shep began their career as a production process improvement engineer with Milliken & Company, where they were responsible for streamlining production processes and improving efficiency. Shep then spent twelve years with Jacobs, where they managed projects and oversaw the engineering department. Shep is currently the process department manager at Nexus Program Management Group, where they are responsible for the overall management of the company's manufacturing processes.

Shep McArthur is a chemical engineer who attended Clemson University.
