Arvind Kalia

Arvind Kalia has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Arvind started their career in 2016 as a Project Engineer at Tata Motors, where they implemented time-saving techniques and built autonomous processes in the Assembly shop. Arvind achieved significant productivity gains and cost reductions within the first year. In 2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In 2021, they joined Promark Electronics Inc. as a Materials and Process Engineer before transitioning to their current role as a Production Engineer at Nexus Robotics.

Arvind Kalia completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Amritsar College of Engg. & Tech, Amritsar, from 2014 to 2018. Their education journey began at D.A.V. Public School, where they completed their senior secondary education in the field of Science from 2002 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Arvind also obtained several certifications. Arvind completed the PMP Certification Training Course from Udemy in January 2023. In April 2021, they acquired certifications in ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, also from Udemy. In August 2020, they completed the International Zero Emission Strategies in Industry certification from Trier University of Applied Sciences, Environmental Campus. Prior to that, in January 2018, they received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from QCFI, Haridwar. Their earliest certification is in Hardware (A+) and Networking (N+), which they obtained from Ats Computer Systems in July 2014.
