Santosh Kumar Dhanewar serves as the Head of Human Resources for the South Portfolio at Nexus Malls, overseeing all HR business partner functions for Nexus Select Trust - Blackstone Group's retail assets. With extensive experience in human resources, Santosh previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for Retail and Hospitality at Prestige Group, where management of HR operations across nine operational malls and several upcoming properties was a key responsibility. Prior to these roles, Santosh contributed as an HR Leader for leading startups in India and the MENA region, enhancing organizational success through effective HR practices. Additional experience includes serving as Regional HR Head at Bata India Limited, where management for HR and Industrial Relations covered operations across multiple regions, as well as roles at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Choice Solutions, Inc. Santosh holds an Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and relevant qualifications from CIPD.
