Andres Pachano, MBA has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Development Representative for Nexus, the leading provider of Accounts Payable (AP) and Payments Automation software for the Real Estate industry. In 2020, they were the General Manager for Surprise Two Go, where they were given the opportunity to show their entrepreneurial skills. Also in 2020, they were the Assistant General Manager for Casa Garcias Mexican Restaurant, where they were hired to renew the management due to many resignations. In this role, they were the hiring manager for both front and back of the house, in charge of managing 25 employees per shift, while overseeing the overall performance and quality of foodservice.

Andres Pachano, MBA has an extensive education history. From 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Licenciatura in Education from Universidad Católica 'Cecilio Acosta'. From 2013 to 2018, they obtained an ABOGADO. from Universidad Valle del Momboy. In 2019, they began a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Keiser University, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, in November 2021, they obtained Teacher Of Bilingual - Spanish and Teacher Of Spanish certifications from the Utah State Board of Education.
