Berenice U. has held multiple positions in various companies since 2014. Berenice began their career at Kranz & Associates, PLLC in 2014 as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant. In 2017, they moved to Child Care Aware of America, where they worked as an Air Force HCC Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Nexus, where they have held the roles of Manager of Service Delivery, Operations Manager, Enablement Manager, and Project Manager (Supplier Onboarding) since 2018.

Berenice U. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Double Major in Political Science and Homeland Security from Virginia Commonwealth University. Berenice also holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2021.
