Nthabiseng Cooper has five years of work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Hospitality Specialist at Nando's PERi-PERi North America and as a Campaign Volunteer for the 2018 Congressional Campaign for David Trone. In 2020, they were a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2021, they were a Summer Programs Coordinator at Bullis School, where they organized program orientation to train 200 counselors and staff members, assisted with the day-to-day management and administrative support for the Summer Programs Director, coordinated the enrollment of 1,500 campers and 200 staff members, and was responsible for preparation and distribution of material to support the onboarding of staff, campers, and parents. Prior to this, they obtained a High School Diploma from Bullis School in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Foundations of Project Management, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate in February 2022.
