Stephanie Ottiker

Stephanie Ottiker has held various roles in human resources and people management throughout their work experience. Stephanie started their career at Deloitte Switzerland in 2013, working in consulting and HR transformation. In 2019, they joined Optotune as the Head of Human Resources before transitioning to the role of VP of Human Resources. In 2023, Stephanie joined NexWafe as the VP of People.

Stephanie Ottiker obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) HSG in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and earned their Master of Science (MSc.) in International Management / CEMS MIM degree, completing the program in 2013. During their master's studies, Stephanie also participated in the CEMS Exchange Term at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2011 to 2012.

After a few years, Stephanie returned to their education and pursued a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Resource Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Stephanie completed this program from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their degrees, Stephanie Ottiker obtained additional certifications. In 2014, they received the PRINCE2 Foundation certification. More recently, in 2021, they completed a program in systemic coaching at the Coachingbande – systemische Coaching-Akademie and became a certified systemic coach.
