Christophe Clapot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christophe began their career as a Developer at Reed Business Information - France, where they were involved in the development of CMS and e-commerce websites. During their time there, they also implemented an SEO strategy that significantly increased website traffic.

Christophe then joined BNP Paribas as a Developer and Technical Project Manager, where they designed and developed management control tools and provided support to local IT services. Christophe also created decision support dashboards for IT services managers.

After that, they worked at Elixis as a CTO, responsible for driving technical projects and handling the design of technical architectures for marketing platforms, e-commerce websites, and PRM/CRM tools. Under their leadership, the company's turnover grew from €3M to €8M.

Christophe successfully reorganized the development team, improved the e-commerce platform's efficiency, and managed the transition to a partial/full remote team organization. Christophe also played a key role in platform reliability improvement, ensuring better performance and user experience. Additionally, they managed a team of 35+ developers across multiple locations and ensured PCI DSS compliance.

Throughout their career, Christophe has worked with various technologies, including Java, Golang, PHP, NodeJS, React, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ. Christophe is experienced in continuous deployment, automated testing, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Christophe Clapot attended Aix-Marseille University from 1998 to 2000, where they studied software development. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Fondamentaux du Marketing Digital - Digital Active" from Google in April 2016.
