Victoria Henley

Director Of Global People Operations at iManage

Victoria Henley has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Victoria started their career as an HR Administrator at Erinaceous in 2006. From there, they moved on to become an HR Assistant at Sitel, where they worked from 2007 to 2010. After Sitel, Victoria joined Playtech as an HR Advisor, and later became an HR Manager, working there from 2010 to 2015. Victoria then joined Lumeon Ltd as an HR Manager, and eventually became the Head of HR, working there from 2015 to 2019. Victoria's most recent role was at iManage, where they served as the Head of People Operations EMEA from 2019 to 2021, and later as the Senior Manager of Global People Operations from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Victoria is working as the Director of Global People Operations at iManage, leading innovative HR operational teams and delivering global programs and processes for over 1000 employees. Victoria'sfocus is on creating a first-class service to iManage's global and diverse workforce by understanding their needs and offering a global service with localized expertise.

Victoria Henley received a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, which was accredited at Level 7 by CIPD. Victoria pursued this degree from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University between 2003 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Victoria also obtained several certifications including Organisational Development for HR Leaders from CIPD in September 2017, Strategic HR - Evaluating the Impact of Strategic HR from CIPD in October 2014, and Advanced Employment Law Practitioner from CIPD in March 2013.
