Nicolás Manzur Chahuan

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technology. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris is involved in the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and related devices. Previous roles include firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, where firmware and diagnostic tools for educational devices were developed, and electronics contractor for Science Alberta Foundation, focusing on the design and repair of educational devices. Chris also served as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, where support was provided for electronic circuit labs. Early career experience includes electronics engineering at Grindcom, where control systems for forestry harvester units were developed. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
