Lynn Prudhomme

Ms. Prudhomme, the National Training and HR Director brings over 20 years of fitness and hospitality industry experience to her role as Human Resources Director.

This experience includes recruiting, training and mentoring teams of employees as well as leading the Northeast operations for NFC. Lynn is directly responsible for implementing NFC’s proprietary payroll and scheduling software as well as providing training and day-to-day oversight for over 300 locations. An inspirational speaker and presenter, Lynn provides onsite and virtual 5 Diamond customer service training programs for front-line team members and site directors. Ms. Prudhomme is a hands-on leader and valuable resource for all HR-related challenges. A native of New Jersey, Lynn has a BS degree in Recreation Administration from The College of New Jersey.
