Alexander Athanassiou has extensive leadership experience across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as CEO of Stoikos Management since April 2024, Alexander provides executive leadership and advisory services to enhance business growth and operational excellence. Previously, as B2B General Manager at VanMoof from November 2022 to April 2024, Alexander directed a 50-person team to expand revenue from key accounts in the US e-bike subscription market. Prior positions include Head of Strategy and Planning at Uber, where a team of 60 managed customer support operations globally, and Senior Director for Services and Solutions at Philips, overseeing strategic projects for the Executive Committee. Earlier roles involved leading consulting engagements at Samsung Electronics and Oliver Wyman, as well as conducting market research and financial modeling at Mercer Management Consulting. Alexander holds a BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA in Management and Marketing from The Wharton School.

NFC (Nieuwer-Amstelsche Football Club)
NFC was founded in 1919 and now has over 500 members and 24 teams. The club has been one of the earliest clubs to embrace an international spirit of football. Located next to the International School of Amsterdam, and with players from dozens of different countries, NFC has created a strong community of footballers and their families within Amstelveen stretching from its youth to veterans teams.
