Bill Gilman

Bill Gilman is an experienced professional in warehouse operations and distribution management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Warehouse Operations at NFI since June 2023, Bill previously held the position of Regional Vice President of Distribution & Continuous Improvement at Save A Lot, where significant accomplishments included the introduction of Lean Six Sigma methodology, the formation of a new LSS division, the implementation of a comprehensive safety program, and the reduction of operating costs by $79 million in 2022. Prior to Save A Lot, Bill held leadership roles at Meijer, Dollar General, FEDEX, Brother International Corporation, and Suburban National Bank, showcasing a diverse background in operations, customer service, and management. Bill's education includes studies at Raritan Valley and Rutgers University.
