Earl Norwood

Earl Norwood is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in logistics and management. Currently serving as General Manager at NFI since May 2019, Earl has successfully led a team of up to 140 in the Value Added Services section, achieving record processing rates and profit margins, particularly during peak seasons and challenging circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Earl held various roles at FedEx Ground, where seasonal management of large divisions contributed to record-breaking performance, and significantly enhanced operations at multiple Air Force postings, including roles as Postal Operations Manager responsible for oversight across numerous international postal offices. Earl holds a degree from Ashford University, earned in 2015.
