Gerard Darby

Gerard Darby is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at NFI since February 2017, Gerard has previously held key leadership roles, including GVP of Information Technology at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., and Senior Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence at Ross Stores, Inc. Gerard founded and operated Darby System Solutions, Inc. from 1994 to 2005, specializing in IT consulting for retail, telecommunications, and product distribution. Earlier in his career, Gerard worked as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems, contributing to large-scale system design projects. Gerard holds a BGS degree in Information Technology, Business, and Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
