Luann Stiles Hill

LuAnn Stiles Hill is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and property management. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at NFI since June 2021, LuAnn has played a pivotal role in transforming logistics solutions for the company. Prior to NFI, LuAnn worked at Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services as Vice President of Asset & Property Operations, overseeing a substantial portfolio in Pennsylvania. LuAnn's career at Liberty Property Trust spanned 25 years, where significant responsibilities included managing operations for a diverse range of industrial assets across New Jersey as Director of Property Management. Additionally, LuAnn held progressive roles at Liberty, beginning as a Property Administration member. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Manager at American Continental Properties, managing retail shopping centers. LuAnn's educational background includes attendance at Messiah University and Lenape High School.
