Susan Oross

Susan (Tirpak) Oross has a solid background in human resources, with more than 20 years of experience. Susan started their career at CSC as a Sr. HR Generalist in 1996 and worked there until 1999. After that, they joined Morgan Stanley as a Manager of Human Resources from 2000 to 2002. Susan then worked at Hess Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources from 2002 to 2009. Their next position was at US Corrugated, Inc. as the Regional HR Manager for the Northeast from 2009 to 2011. Currently, Susan holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources Operations at NFI since 2012.

Susan Oross obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from The Catholic University of America from 1987 to 1991. Susan then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1999. Prior to their college education, Susan attended East Brunswick High School. In addition to their degrees, Susan has obtained several certifications, including Rutgers Business School Camden Leadership Development Executive Education in 2019, CPI 260 from The Myers-Briggs Company in 2017, DDI from Denison Consulting in 2015, and Six Sigma Green Belt from BMGI in 2010.
