Andrea Schultz

Andrea Schultz, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Security Programs and Policy at the National Football League since June 2017. Prior experience includes a decade at the US Department of Homeland Security, where roles ranged from overseeing the Office of SAFETY Act Implementation to acting as the Critical Industries Branch Chief. Earlier in the career, Andrea worked as a Senior Operations Planner at Oak Ridge Associated Universities and held management positions in the restaurant industry, demonstrating leadership in team development and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes work as an Unexploded Ordnance Specialist and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in various organizations and settings, including military service, where significant contributions were made in explosive remediation. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Security Management and a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security from American Military University.
