Kim McFadden

Kim (Harris) McFadden has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Administration for the National Football League (NFL) since 2008, focusing on the NFL Films Division in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Prior to this role, McFadden held significant positions at Johnson and Johnson, including HR Director and Vice President of Human Resources from 2004 to 2008, and worked at Motorola as HR Director from 2000 to 2004. McFadden began a career in human resources at Lockheed Martin, advancing from HR Generalist to HR Manager from 1993 to 2000, and has a foundational education from Elizabethtown College, graduating between 1985 and 1989.
