Mike Band

Mike Band is a seasoned professional in sports analytics with extensive experience in the National Football League (NFL) since August 2017, where roles include Sr. Manager of Next Gen Stats Research & Analytics, Next Gen Stats Analyst, and NFL Media Researcher. Concurrently, Mike Band has been a Data Scientist at Lander Analytics since April 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a Scouting Assistant for Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC from June 2013 to May 2015 and as a Football Recruiting Assistant at the University of Florida between February 2011 and November 2012. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Chicago (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida (2008-2012). Further coursework in Sport Management also took place at the University of Florida from 2012 to 2013.
