Chineze has held roles such as Director of Player Programs and Engagement at the NFL Players Association, International Sports Envoy at the U.S. Department of State, and Director at PeacePlayers International. Chineze has also worked at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, RedLine Athletics, the National Basketball Players Association, The Madison Square Garden Company, the Atlanta Hawks, and the National Basketball Association. Chineze has experience in various areas including youth development, community relations, coaching, and program management. Additionally, they have worked as a motivational speaker and has appeared as a guest sports analyst on News Channel 8's SportsTalk show.
