John Sternfield

John Sternfield is the managing director at Nfluence Partners, a technology investment banking firm. John has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, with a focus on software, mobile, cloud computing, big data, and cyber security.

Prior to joining Nfluence Partners, Sternfield was the managing director at Petsky Prunier LLC, where they headed up the technology investment banking practice and opened the Palo Alto office. John also served as president of the board of directors for The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands and as managing director at Piper Jaffray.

Sternfield has a proven track record of success in the technology sector, with a focus on delivering M&A and private placement transactions. John has also been instrumental in establishing and building successful teams of bankers and research analysts.

John Sternfield has an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a BA in Sociology/Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. John also has certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in FINRA Series 24, 7, 15, 52, 63 and 65.
