Kayla Bigham

Kayla Bigham has a solid background in compliance and mortgage servicing. Kayla currently works as an Operational Compliance Manager at NFM Lending since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Freedom Mortgage as a Manager, Compliance HMDA Fair Lending/Servicing from April 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing and monitoring HMDA data, completing loan level reviews, and utilizing HMDA LAR filing software.

Prior to their time at Freedom Mortgage, Kayla worked at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Kayla started as a Default Quality Assurance Specialist in July 2014 and was responsible for reviewing foreclosure documents and corresponding with foreclosure counsel. Kayla then worked as a Foreclosure Oversight Specialist, overseeing the foreclosure process and managing foreclosure milestones. Later, they became a Default Servicing Supervisor, where they supervised foreclosure oversight and post-sale teams, managed foreclosure milestones, and reported foreclosure sale results for agency loans.

Before joining RoundPoint, Kayla worked as a Foreclosure Specialist at Shapiro and Ingle, LLP from March 2013 to April 2014.

Kayla Bigham completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from East Carolina University. Kayla attended East Carolina University from 2007 to 2011.
