Sheila Krishnan currently serves as the Director of Career and Professional Development at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, overseeing comprehensive career services for over 1200 graduate students. With extensive experience in career coaching, Sheila has conducted over 200 coaching sessions annually and developed various career workshops. Previously, Sheila was a founding member of nFormation and held roles at MIT and the Education Development Center, focusing on career advancement, suicide prevention, and community outreach. Sheila's earlier positions include clinical research coordination at the University of Michigan and advocacy work within the Indian community related to domestic violence. Sheila holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Psychology, and Journalism from Michigan State University.
