Frances Singer

Frances Singer has extensive experience in client experience and operations, currently serving in this capacity at NFP Advisor Services since March 2010. Prior to this role, Frances held the position of Senior Product Manager/Business Program Management at MCI from 1984 to 1997. Frances earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
