Deb Smolensky

Deb Smolensky serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Practice Leader of Well-Being and Engagement at NFP, where leadership has significantly contributed to the firm's growth into the ninth largest global benefits and insurance adviser. Alongside this role, Deb holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Mindful City Project, promoting mindfulness and emotional intelligence within urban communities. Additional engagements include serving on the Board of Directors for Infinity Foundation, supporting personal and professional growth initiatives, and previously being a Board Member for Demon Angels, focused on funding diverse entrepreneurs. Deb's extensive experience in employee benefits management is complemented by strategic roles in venture capital at NFP Ventures and advisory positions at institutions like 1871 and GW4W. Deb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University.
