Doreen Davis, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in well-being and engagement within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at NFP since August 2012, Doreen has been instrumental in providing tailored solutions for employee benefits and organizational goals. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Carolina Pad, where Doreen established the HR department, and Executive Search Consultant, delivering recruitment services across multiple industries. Doreen's expertise also includes training and development management at Osprey Systems, human resource development at the National Education Association Member Benefits Corporation, and managing HR functions for over 700 employees at Pitney Bowes Management Services.
