Katherine Henry

Kate Henry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry. Since October 2012, Kate has held multiple high-level positions at NFP, an Aon company, culminating in the role of President of the Northeast Region. Prior to this, Kate served in various capacities at Mercer from 2003 to 2012, advancing from Associate to Principal. Earlier career positions include Sales Territory Manager at Red Hat, Inc., and Director of Business Development at Ambrose Employer Group, LLC. Kate also contributed to the NYU Langone Medical Center as a Special Assistant. In addition to professional endeavors, Kate serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at The Masters School since 2016. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History from New York University and graduated with a high school diploma from The Masters School.
