Scott McAvoy

Scott McAvoy, CPCU, CCIC, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in brokerage and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Broker at NFP since July 2020, McAvoy previously held various roles at Rose & Kiernan, Inc., including AVP and Marketing Director from September 2004 to July 2020. Earlier in the career, McAvoy worked at Marsh as AVP and at James Econn & Co. as Client Manager. The career began at Rose & Kiernan, Inc. as a Client Manager from August 1989 to September 1992. McAvoy holds a CCIC certification from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and an Associate's degree in Accounting from The Sage Colleges-Sage College of Albany.
