Seth Cohen

Seth Cohen serves as the Chief Growth Officer at NFTYDoor since August 2022, leading the launch of a home equity platform for homeowners. Previously, Seth held the position of Director in the Mortgage Banking Practice at Richey May & Co., LLP, where responsibilities included client relationship development. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at Structured Portfolio Management and Vice President of Policy Execution at Bank of America, focusing on mortgage finance strategies and regulatory compliance. Seth’s analytical capabilities were demonstrated at Fannie Mae and KPMG through strategic consulting and financial analysis. Educational background includes a Master's in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from Tufts University.
