Daniel Robinson has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and program management roles. Daniel is currently working at NFU Mutual as the Business Lead for the Bridge Program. Prior to this, they were the Head of Account Group and Delivery Partner at Endava. Daniel also held the position of Program Director (Interim) at HomeServe Now.

In their previous roles at RSA, Daniel served as a Program Director, overseeing the transformation of the digital policy administration program. Daniel also held the position of Transformation Director, where they led the implementation of a digital policy administration platform for M> motor growth and transitioned the program team to the Duckcreek platform. Additionally, they served as the Head of Motor and Business, leading the strategic review of the More Than motor and SME business and successfully restoring business performance and stability.

Prior to RSA, Daniel worked at AXA as the Digital Sales Director, where they delivered direct home growth and led cross-selling programs and digital journey reviews. Daniel also held various roles at RBS Insurance, including Head of Lean (End-to-End Optimization) and Head of Green Flag, where they led business transformations, managed P&Ls, and delivered strategic initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Program Manager, overseeing the acquisition and integration of Bibit Financial Services. Daniel also worked at PA Consulting as a Management Consultant, where they led program management functions and business process re-platforming initiatives.

Overall, Daniel has a strong background in program management, business transformation, and strategic leadership across various industries.

Daniel Robinson obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Microbiology and Virology from the University of Warwick in 1996. Daniel is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of York, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
