Karl Bates

Karl Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Team Leader at NFU Mutual since February 2019, Karl has also held various roles in the company, including Customer Relationship Specialist and Motor Claims Handler.
