Maria Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Maria began their career in 1995 as a Consultant and Trainer at BML and stayed there until 1998. Maria then joined Computer Associates as a Client Relationship Manager, managing their largest billing accounts and conducting onsite meetings. In 2001, Maria worked as a Project Manager at FOUNDATION SYSTEMS LIMITED for a brief period. From 2002 to 2007, they served as a Strategic Relationship Manager at DST Output UK. Maria then joined Xchanging in 2007 as an Account Manager and stayed there until 2010. Finally, they joined NFU Mutual in 2012 as a Service Delivery Lead, where their current role is ongoing.

Maria Hall obtained a BA in Business from Coventry University from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including mental health, counseling skills, mentoring, change management, coaching, leadership, and ITIL.
