Mark Unwin

Mark Unwin has extensive experience in service design, change management, and team leadership across various financial and service sectors. Currently serving as a Service Designer at NFU Mutual since March 2018, Mark has held multiple roles including Change and Continuous Improvement Specialist and Regional Underwriting Team Leader. Prior to this, Mark worked at TD Direct Investing (Europe) as a Team Leader and at Nationwide Building Society in a similar capacity. Additional experience includes management positions at Huntswood, a4e, and Aviva, where Mark served as Operations Manager. Early career roles include forecasting and resource planning management at Capita Dixons and T-Mobile. Education was completed at Northumbria University.
