Martyn Dyson

Martyn Dyson is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Propositions at NFU Mutual since July 2018. Previously, Martyn held the position of Head of Insurance Products at RAC and Head of General Insurance at Nationwide Building Society, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant General Insurance customer proposition and managing strategic partnerships. Martyn also led the prime mortgages business at Nationwide, guiding it through challenging economic conditions during the financial crisis. His career spans multiple roles at Nationwide and Lloyds TSB, including positions in marketing and product management. Martyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from the University of Oxford and a Master's in American Politics and History from The University of Manchester.
