Sharon Kelly

Sharon Kelly serves as the Operations Manager at NFU Mutual since July 2017, focusing on the Mutual Response First Notification of Loss department. Prior to this role, Sharon held a brief position as Team Lead at QA Ltd in February 2022. Sharon's extensive experience includes a tenure at Direct Line Group, where a role as Team Manager was maintained from April 2003 to July 2017. Education was pursued at St Thomas Aquinas in Glasgow. Additionally, Sharon has attained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
