George Tamas

George Tamas is a seasoned chemist with extensive expertise in research and development, currently serving as a Senior R&D Chemist with Natural Fiber Welding since April 2020. Prior to this role, George held positions as a Synthetic R&D Chemist at Ytc America Inc. from June 2016 to March 2020 and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at both Louisiana State University and Texas Tech University from 2015 to 2014. George earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from Texas Tech University (2005-2011) and holds two Bachelor's degrees from West University of Timisoara, one in Chemistry (1991-1996) and another in Economics (1998-2002).
