Heather Lee Delahaba

Heather Lee Delahaba is currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner at NFW since February 2024. Prior to joining NFW, Heather held various leadership roles at Target from April 2019 to February 2024, including Executive Team Leader in various departments. Before that, Heather Lee was the Clinic Supervisor at Gailey Eye Clinic from February 2018 to March 2019. Heather also has experience as a Business Accounts Manager at AT&T and as the Store Director at Vanity (clothing). Heather Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Illinois Valley Community College and graduated from Putnam County High School in 2008.
